Appointment Policy

The Doctor's hours are by appointment. While walk-in clients are always welcome, we have found it necessary to schedule several hours of every day for surgery, care of our hospitalized patients, and for our drop-off appointments. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule, but ask that whenever possible you please call ahead, to insure that we will be able to care for your pet in a timely fashion. Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. In cases where a New Patient needs to be admitted into the hospitalize, we will require a deposit of approximately one-half of the estimated cost of treatments and medications to be administered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks with proper identification.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
