Sheila QuallsSheila is Doctor Qualls' wife, and our Hospital Manager.
Sheila has managed Dunn Avenue Animal Hospital since it opened in
1988. Prior to that time, she worked with Dr. Qualls at the
Jacksonville Veterinary Emergency Clinic. Sheila enjoys all types
of pets, and would have one of every kind if she could. |
The "Front Desk" or Reception Area is one of the most demanding,
and one of the most critical, areas of our hospital. It takes a
special talent to be able to answer 2 or 3 phone lines while still
taking the care and time to attend to clients with arriving and
departing pets, invoicing, keeping track of prescriptions,
scheduling return appointments, and trying to keep track of Dr.
Qualls!We pride ourselves on the quality of follow up care we offer
our clients. If you bring in a pet who is not feeling well, we will
do our very best to follow up with you for progress reports on the
response to medications and treatment. We do not have an "out of
sight, out of mind" philosophy. If your pet responds well to
treatment, we want to know. If you do not see the progress you
expected, we also want you to let us know, so we might make further
recommendations. |
